NATUREZA dos TÍTULOS NOBILIÁRQUICOS
1º) Título Concedido: por uma carta-de-mercê nova. É um título “ex-novo”, uma investidura inicial, outorgada pela 1ª vez ao agraciado.
2º) Título Renovado: há 2 possibilidades de ocorrência:
a) há dúvida sobre a vigência legal de um documento desaparecido.
b) há uma reivindicação de herdeiros para um título que pertencera a um ramo da família extinto pela falta de herdeiro varão e agora de novo reclamado.
3º) Título Confirmado: quando um herdeiro, por algum motivo, é obrigado a apresentar documentos e solicitar a confirmação para o uso do título que lhe compete por jure successionis.
4º) Título Reconhecido: quando um soberano reconhece um título outorgado por outro soberano permitindo o uso público do título.
5º) Título Nativo: quando o herdeiro recebe o título do seu antecedente.
6º) Título Dativo: quando o titular é o primeiro a ser agraciado.
NATURE of nobility
1) Title Awarded: By a letter-of-mercy new. It is a title an initial endowment, awarded for the 1st time the gifted.
2) Title Renovated: there are two possibilities of occurrence:
a) there is doubt about the validity of a legal document disappeared.
b) there is a claim of the heirs to a title that belonged to an extinct branch of the family by the lack of male heir and now again claimed.
3) Title Confirmed: when an heir, for some reason, is obliged to submit documents and ask for confirmation to use the title as it shall swear by Succession.
4) Recognized Title: when a sovereign recognizes a title granted by another sovereign allowing the use of the title.
5) Native Title: When the heir receives the title of your predecessor.
6) Dative Title: when the holder is the first to be awarded.
